Every project that is created within workpath is assigned a unique code which is used by tech support when sourcing and fixing any bugs within the system.
So, if you come across a bug or a problem with workpath, please quote this number (if applicable) when filling in the Support form in ‘Help’.
Not at all. Timeline templates can be created. When you have created your timeline for the first time which you believe is one which you can use for many other projects you can hit the ‘Save as Template’ button. This will then enable you to select this the next time you create a project timeline.
When you choose a timeline template you can then edit it and generate it to suit the dates you need. You can add or delete as many tasks as you wish.
You should upload all your creative work within the Approval centre. You will only be able to upload here once the project is in the ‘With Creative’ stage.
To move a project from ‘Brief Accepted’ to ‘With Creative’ you need to hit the ‘Commence Creative’ button in the Elements Tab. NOTE: You will not be able to move to this stage if you have not entered a Agency Job #.
Red arrows indicate fields that must be filled out in order to continue. The red arrows disappear as you complete mandatory data.
If you are having difficulty proceeding to the next step, please check that you have filled out all mandatory fields.
Project Stakeholders and Viewers are individual people or groups who will be participating in the project. These people are added by the project owner. The difference is, Project Stakeholders are users who will be able to view and edit all elements in the project. These users are listed on the left.
On the right are the Project Viewers. These users will have ‘Read Only’ access to the project and do not have the permission level to edit the project, only view it.
When you log in to workpath the default list of projects you will see is set to ‘All’ (see below Menu Bar). If you wish to see more client specific information in the project list click on your client name from the list under the Menu Bar.
When a Brief is created from the online template in workpath under the documents tab, the creator (the Account Manager) will email this to you as a pdf you will receive the pdf as an attachment, however if you are an approver then you will receive an email with a link taking you straight to a page where you can download and approve/reject from.
Otherwise you can find the Brief within the Documents tab of the project name / agency it relates to.
For every project you set up with workpath you can add a group of users who will be the only people appearing in your communication emails from workpath. When in your project: select the users tab then hit the plus button under Project Stakeholders.
You can choose to either add one to the pre-defined groups or you can select to add individual users by selecting the Users button on the left. By adding these groups and individual users you are effectively building your project address book.
