Click on the Orders button, then click the Search tab. Enter a date range or information in the search fields and hit ‘Go’ to locate a previous order.
Yes. Click on the Preferences button, then select the ‘Orders’ tab.
Simply tick the boxes for the types of notifications you would like to receive for all of Adstreams delivery services.
Press on the “Orders” button, than press the “Search” tab. Insert the range of date or the informations in the various fields to localise the order referred that you need the “Delivery Report”.
Press the order number to open the booking informations than press the “Progress” tab. Press now on “Generate Delivery Report” to obtain immediatly the requested report.

Click on an order number to open up the booking. Then click on the ‘Progress’ tab to view what stage your booking is at.

You will be able to track the progress of all your orders via your login, and you will also be able to generate your own delivery reports and set up preferences of how you’d like to be notified when an order completes – email and SMS are both possible, and you can also add additional recipients if you’d like to keep your team informed.
