Adstream brings a smile to Latin America
Young & Rubicam New York, along with one of their biggest clients, Colgate-Palmolive, have engaged adstream to provide broadcast distribution and asset management services in time for campaign releases throughout Latin America, starting in August.
Adstream was asked to tailor its existing broadcast management solution to meet both companies requirements, by further automating the exchange of material between all parties involved in the complex creative, production and approvals process whilst incorporating adstream’s nVerge technology to make transferring large production master files for re-versioning easier.
“A big part of the challenge for Colgate is maintaining quality in their advertising communication around the world, whilst containing cost and reducing their carbon footprint and it comes down to Y&R to make that happen” said Mike Parmenter, President of Adstream Americas. “We were delighted to work closely with Y&R to meet the challenge and having visited the producers in each of the countries involved I can say the benefits are apparent to everyone”
With a combination of 10 years experience, leading technology and the support of a global team, adstream will help Y&R manage and distribute Colgate-Palmolive’s TV commercials across Latin America through its newly established Brasilian hub. That’s 13 countries, over 100 masters and more than 5,000 commercials for the region, and a lot of healthy teeth and gums!
